Children's Night of Light Web Pages Go Live
The web-site has now grown to include a whole new section for children. This includes resources for schools with reference to the UK National Curriculum, ideas for a Children's Party and online funpages for children. Click here to have a look!

Night of Light Spreads to U.S.
Thanks to e-mail and the Internet word about the Night of Light has spread rapidly through groups and communities from the Catholic Charismatic renewal in the U.S..

Mailshot with International Reach
Volunteers were called into to help at Cor-Lumen Christi Community last week in order to help with a huge mailshot reaching out to parishes, prayer groups and communities in the UK and worldwide.

Several UK Bishops Express their Support
Several bishops have agreed to promote the in their dioceses including Archbishop Vincent Nicols of Birmingham. The Archbishop has sent a letter to all his priests asking them to promote in their parishes. He urges Catholics in his diocese:

"In order to counter an increasing tendency for the popular mind to make the association between Hallowe'en and secular if not pagan imagery I would invite every parish to think about what it could provide in the late afternoon and evening of Hallowe'en in order to express the life of the Church and indeed in families that this is the beginning of a feast in which we rejoice in the work of God seen in his saints and cause of great inspiration and joy to the world."

Mothers' Prayers
has received a fantastic boost with the support of Mothers' Prayers. Co-founder Veronica was very excited to hear about the and is encouraging all members to take part. - Information about it has been included in a mailshot to members worldwide.

Mothers' Prayers is a charity organisation whose members meet regularly in fellowship and support to pray for their children.

Good News Magazine Spreads the Word on Night of Light
The September / October edition posted across the country included leaflets and posters spreading the word about to several thousand members of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal worldwide. - For Good News Online see http://www.ccr.org.uk.

Donations
The runs as initiative funded completely by donations. As of writing we have received approximately three and half thousand pounds.
